Founding partner of CLC.avocats, Laurent Cornon is specialised in tax law.
He’s graduated of the Ecole Nationale des Impôts (ENI), holder of chartered accountancy certificates and he obtained his Notary’s diploma in Paris in 1992.
He was a company auditor for five years in Paris in taxation Brigades, then he was seconded to the Société Immobilière de la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (SCIC, now ICADE) to create and manage the tax service.
He then joined the CNPF’s Tax affairs direction, now the MEDEF, to develop interface between businesses and the public authorities of the Ministry of Finances, to promote lobbying in the form of the proposal of draft laws, regulatory texts, amendments to finance bills, and to manage negotiations with the public authorities.
Finally he joined Doctrine department Francis Lefebvre Law Firm before founding his own law firm.
At the same time Laurent Cornon was lecturer then professor of tax law at the IEP of Paris and a member of the structure Bureau of the Conseil de l’Ordre until 2010.
